Create an account
Your name, phone number, work email and a password. Click the confirmation link in the email BAANS sends you.

Verify your business
Enter your company details and tax ID, and upload your business license (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB).

Post jobs, receive applications
Once your business is approved, you can post jobs and receive applications.
Help keep the job board clean
- Never charge candidates any fee.
- State the position, job description and salary accurately.
- Never ask for original documents, bank account numbers or OTP codes before a contract is signed.
- Never use self-discovery results (personality tests, numerology, etc.) as a hiring criterion. BAANS does not share these results with employers.
BAANS may remove postings and suspend accounts that break these rules.
